I’ve been doing business with them several years they have always been honest with their repairs and they also do it right the first time.

Heaven Sent Automotive truly lived up to their name! We were traveling during the busy 4th of July week when our AC went out, and they managed to squeeze us into their schedule despite how packed things were. From start to finish, they were honest about what needed to be done, kind in how they treated us, and incredibly efficient getting the repair finished quickly so we could get back on the road. It’s rare to find a shop that combines that level of integrity with genuine care for their customers, especially during a holiday rush. If you’re in the area and need reliable auto work, this is the place to trust. Highly recommend!

As always I got excellent service. I had my car that I just bought checked out and Brian gave me some great advice to go back to the dealer with for things that should have been done. I went today and they are going to do the things needed. Thanks Brian.

I have been a customer of Jody's (owner of Heaven Sent) since before he even started Heaven Sent - when he worked out of the garage of his house. He has always been honest, fair and has never taken advantage of me when I thought something needed to be done and he saw that I was mistaken. He could have "repaired" what I thought needed to be, but instead he told me there was nothing wrong. That sold me on Jody's integrity. He performs quality workmanship and backs it up. As evidence of of the values that shape his business, a while ago my alternator went bad and needed to be replaced. In the course of the tech's work on the problem he noted that my alternator looked very new. Jody looked through my previous service records and noted that Heaven Sent had installed that alternator and that it was still under manufacturer's warranty, and thus there was no charge for the part. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I never would have known. I didn't even talk about my most recent service experience, for which this review was supposed to be about, just suffice it to say that it was for a simple oil change that turned out not to be so simple. The tech went over and above to work through the complications, and all's well that ends well. p.s. I am not a relative, employee or any other person with a financial interest in Jody and his business - just a long time satisfied customer.

Just a routine oil change. Suggested air filter would need replacing soon, so also changed and that saved me a trip to come back. Thank you!
