We are also one of the only franklin automotive shops with a wheel alignment machine. Heaven Sent Automotive is a professional, family-owned and operated auto repair shop delivering honest, quality and professional auto repair and maintenance services to the people of Franklin and other surrounding areas. Jody Downes, the owner, is a 28-year Certified Master Technician. Heaven Sent Automotive began 17 years ago when Jody took the leap of faith and started his own business.
Jody’s passion to help and educate people with clear, straightforward and honest advice about their vehicles and repairs led him to start his own shop. He offers a very personal and transparent approach with customers by building relationships with them and their families, while forming a prioritized and affordable repair plan to ensure the longevity and safety of their vehicles. We want you to feel comfortable and informed, whether it’s about repairs, maintenance, vehicle purchase or any concerns you have.
At Heaven Sent Automotive, Jody has made sure that we are more than just an auto repair shop, but we also serve the community.
